I think red counties moving to red states away from mega city tyranny is a good solution. Actual statesmanship.
Could be done. Would calm things down.
Couple of things...Dem party leaders will see this as lose/lose. Expect a ridiculous counter if any. I would guess some kind of Mega City statehood and a dole or penance for the bad faither’s that run their party.

I’ve been driving through red areas in blue states, talking to people and looking around...Going to guess they would be all for leaving the tyranny of the Mega’s.
This would be in everyone’s interest who loves America. There is the opposite though...The globalists might not be fans of realignment.
