I guess if fbi uc agents had infiltrated the 9/11 group before they struck and posed as their allies, seth and spencer would have referred to the defendants as poor "hapless idiots". Often, the only way to collect evidence of a conspiracy which will stand in court is to infiltrate it. That isnt "entrapment ". Or do you prefer waiting for a disaster and then collecting the bodies?
At what point does "a" government stop being "our" government? And what steps are then allowed to take it back, or destroy it and build another? These are legitimate questions. During the Civil War, Lincoln suspended Habius Corpus and wasn't impeached for doing so (although arguably that didn't have time to develop due to his assassination...perhaps the ultimate impeachment). So...why, absent such suspension, are these people being held indefinately when we have looters, arsonists and rioters arrested and released without bail or sometimes just released without being charged? How does that make sense...except for the fact that in D.C. politicians felt at risk? Why do their fears get more attention than the residents of cities where riots are taking place? As to any Civil War today, the Right needs to mimic the Left, just change the target; instead of the educational system, aim to take over and control the Military. THAT would solve our problem.
